Vendor Booth Rental

Date & Time:
    Setup:
  • Friday: 10 AM until 4 PM;
  • Saturday: 8 AM until 10:30 AM.

    Sales:

  • Saturday: 11 AM until 6 PM
  • Sunday: 11 AM until 6 PM

Food/Beverage:
No vendor can sell food or beverages except ASGRA and the official food and beverage vendors.

Space Size:
Each space is a 10'x10' section and includes one eight foot rectangular table and two chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available for a small charge.

Placement:
ASGRA reserves the right to place all vendors according to a master plan. Assignment will be made on a first come, first placed basis. All Vendors are required to keep their spaces clean throughout the rodeo weekend.

Vending:
Vendors may conduct business only inside their rented booth and in its immediate vicinity. No vendor may conduct business by "strolling" through the rodeo grounds. ASGRA reserves the right to require any vendor to remove from display and immediately cease selling or distributing any item that could be deemed as inappropriate and/or that might cause a disturbance. Discriminatory (e.g., Sexist, racist, homophobic, inappropriate for children, etc. ) materials will not be permitted.

Permits & Licenses:
A copy of either your non-profit corporation papers or Resale License must be received by ASGRA no later than September 1. If a copy has not been received by that date, ASGRA reserves the right to deny your set-up.

Sales Tax:
Vendors who sell any item that is subject to Maryland Sales Tax must assume all responsibility and liability for collection of sales tax on items and subsequent payment to the State of Maryland.

Cancellation:
Cancellations may be made in writing prior to August 1. Refunds are dependent upon the resale of the booth space. Cancellation by a vendor based on dissatisfaction with space assignment will not be grounds for a refund.

Statement of Policy:
Two weekend passes per booth space will be provided. All other assistant(s) are required to purchase tickets. ASGRA, operating as the producer of Atlantic Stampede, accepts no liability in the loss or damage, either by theft or act of God, to any merchandise, fixtures, literature and/or personal property belonging to any Vendors. While ASGRA does supply a night guard or police patrol, vendors should understand that this liability and responsibility lies solely with them.
