For our Newsletter, we offer several types of ad placements, in 3 sizes.
Your ad can link to your website, if desired. Websites must conform to our link policy.
Each Newsletter is currently limited to a maximum of 4 ads, first come, first served.
Single Issue
Your ad is posted in a single issue and remains visible within that issue for 12 months from the date the ad first appears, at which time the ad is automatically removed.
Yearly
Your ad is included in 12 consecutive issues. Each issue displays your ad for 12 months from issue posting date, at which time the ad is removed from that issue.
Permanent Placement
For an additional charge, over the base rate, your ad can remain permanently within each issue it originally appears in, for as long as the ASGRA website remains active. (Kind of like a lifetime membership)
For yearly ads, you may submit a different graphic, of the same dimensions, for each month, providing the graphic is submitted before publication deadline.

Requirements
- Our website is a family oriented site. Only ads that are in good taste will be accepted
- Advertiser is responsible for supplying graphic work
- Only electronic media (jpg, gif, bmp, tiff) are accepted
- No animated graphics allowed, still images only
- Please, only submit graphics which will display clearly at the required size
- Ads will be placed by the newsletter editor in various locations to obtain the best overall layout for the page. No ads will be placed at the top of the page
- We use JavaScript to place time limited ads. We have tested our script on the most common browsers, but due to bugs in some browser versions there is a possibility that your ad may not display for a few site visitors.
- Rules, prices and specifications may be modified at any time by the ASGRA Board of Directors, notice will be placed on this page.
