We still need volunteers. If you would like to help out and take advantage of the offers below, please come to the Volunteer meeting at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill for the Volunteer meeting Friday evening at 7:00 pm. If you can't make the meeting then see our Volunteer Coordinator at the rodeo grounds early in the day Saturday.

Oh and we can use Volunteers at the rodeo grounds Friday during the day for setup. If you can help there just show up and look for the rest of us preparing for the rodeo.

We are a completely volunteer run organization. The only people that get paid at the rodeo are the stock contractor and professional security police. Without volunteers, Atlantic Stampede would not be possible. We, the volunteer board of ASGRA, appreciate all your hard work.

What we expect from you
  • A minimum of 4 hours work for each day you volunteer
  • To maintain your post during the time periods assigned by the Volunteer Coordinator
  • As a volunteer, you are an unofficial representative of ASGRA; therefore, we expect you to maintain a professional and courteous attitude while on site, even after your shift is over
What you get from us
  • Volunteer for at least 4 hours, free admission to the event you work, plus one other ticketed event
  • Volunteer for at least 8 hours during the weekend and you get free admission to all weekend events
  • Volunteer T-shirt with the volunteer design for this year
  • Drink tickets equal to one highest cost alcoholic drink available at the rodeo (available after your shift is complete)
  • Free admission to the volunteer banquet to be held later in the year
  • The opportunity to help make Stampede possible
