Directions To The Hotel

From Reagan National Airport

Take the George Washington Parkway north toward Washington.
Follow the sign for I-395 north.
Continue on I-395 (watch signs closely) Get into the RIGHT lane in the tunnel.
Exit onto the D street exit then turn right at the stoplight.
Hotel will be on your left in 2 blocks.

From Dulles International Airport

Take the Dulles access road (no toll) all the way to where it merges with I-66 toward Washington.
Follow I-66 and exit onto State Route 110. Follow 110 past the Pentagon and take the exit for I-395 north.
Continue on I-395 (watch signs closely) Get into the RIGHT lane in the tunnel.
Take the D street exit in tunnel then turn right at the stoplight.
Hotel will be on your left in 2 blocks.

Directions To the Rodeo Grounds

Montgomery County Agricultural Center & Fairgrounds

NO PETS are allowed on rodeo grounds.
Children 12 and under admitted free.

The Montgomery County Fairgrounds has imposed a $10 per car, per day parking fee this year. This fee is NOT included in the cost of your rodeo ticket and is outside the control of ASGRA.

As in years past, we are providing a free shuttle bus between the Shady Grove Metro station (Red Line) and the rodeo grounds. The buses will begin transporting at 10:00am and will continue until approximately 6:00pm both Saturday and Sunday. Time between shuttle buses is approximately 20 minutes.

The buses will be picking up and dropping off on the East side of the station, at the Kiss & Ride area. We are encouraging everyone to take Metro to the rodeo this year to avoid this fee. Metro rail fares range from $1.35 minimum to $3.90 maximum, depending on where you begin your trip. Parking at all Metro Stations is free on weekends. If you would prefer to drive and park at the rodeo grounds, we encourage carpooling and splitting the parking fee.

However you arrive, either by shuttle or driving, we are looking forward to having you with us again this year for the 16th annual Atlantic Stampede!!

Ask directions to the Union Station Metro (2 blocks)
Take the Red Line train to Shady Grove (end of line).
Shuttle bus service will be provided between the Shady Grove station East parking area bus platform, and the Rodeo Grounds, every 20 minutes, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Driving

From the hotel at the corner of New Jersey and D, take D street west 2 blocks and turn left onto I-395 south, which takes you into a tunnel.
Follow signs for I-395 south. Just after crossing the Potomac River, take the exit to Arlington Cemetary, this will put you onto the George Washington Parkway north.
Follow the George Washington Parkway watching the signs to I-495 to Maryland.
Take I-495 north about 5 miles, get into the 2 left lanes to take I-270 north.
Follow I-270 to exit 11 watch for signs to Montgomery Village & Fairgrounds.
Turn right onto Frederick Ave.
Take first right onto Perry Parkway.
Fairgrounds entrance will be 1/2 mile on the left.

From Baltimore and points north east

Take I-95 south to the Capitol Beltway I-495 west (outer loop).
Take the I-270 exit north.
Follow I-270 to exit 11 (Montgomery Village & Fairgrounds)
Turn right onto Frederick Ave.
Take first right onto Perry Parkway.
Fairgrounds entrance will be 1/2 mile on the left.

From the south west

Take I-66 east to the Capitol Beltway I495 north (inner loop).
Take the I-270 exit north.
Follow I-270 to exit 11 (Montgomery Village & Fairgrounds)
Turn right onto Frederick Ave.
Take first right onto Perry Parkway.
Fairgrounds entrance will be 1/2 mile on the left.

From points south

Take I-95 north to the Capitol Beltway I-495 west (inner loop)
Follow I-495 to the I-270 exit north.
Follow I-270 to exit 11 (Montgomery Village & Fairgrounds)
Turn right onto Frederick Ave.
Take first right onto Perry Parkway.
Fairgrounds entrance will be 1/2 mile on the left.
