Our rodeo program is distributed to clubs and organizations along the Mid-Atlantic coast, as well as handed to every spectator that walks thru the gates at Atlantic Stampede. This alone will get you exposure to our 5,000-member country western community. And what a wonderful opportunity to show your support to not only the country western supporters, but also to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and Transgendered communities nationwide.

Rodeo Program Ad Guidelines
All prices are based upon camera-ready/electronic advertisements supplied by the advertiser. Ads should be 133 line screen. If we are to design your ad(s) for you, an additional fee will be added based on a quote by our in-house designer. All advertising not meeting the printer's standards may be reset, reorganized or rejected. All advertising is subject to approval of the publisher.
All fees and payments are due with the delivery of advertisement copy, or by space deadline, whichever comes first. The publisher shall reimburse the full cost of any advertisement that is not published due to publisher's error. Cancellation or changes must be in writing and may not be made by the advertiser after space deadlines. Position of advertising is at the discretion of the publisher. The advertiser is responsible for claims and facts presented for publication and assumes full responsibility for false information.
Color Options:
Ads may be in full-color or in black-and-white, whichever format is most appropriate for your artwork.
Ad Sizes:
ASGRA offers full-page, half-page, and quarter-page ads. In addition, business-card ads are available. Finally, a two-page spread ad option is available. Dimensions for each option are provided below.
Bleed Options:
Full-page and two-page spread ads may be produced with a full-bleed (four sides). Ad 1/4" (.25") to the page dimensions, 1/8" (.125") on each side, to obtain the final image size. Type must be at least 1/16" (.0625") inside the cut area to avoid trimming.
Artwork Formats:
Finished artwork must be for the PC operating system and in a standard format, such as .ai, .cdr, .eps, .gif, .jpg, .pdf, .psd, .tif. It is preferable to submit soft (electronic) copies of all artwork via email, on a floppy disk, or on CD. Hard (printed) copy may be submitted, but your artwork must then be scanned by ASGRA to soft copy, likely resulting in a lower quality end product.
Additional Artwork Requirements:
For press quality printing, all artwork must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
For two-page spread artwork, the final image must consist of two full-page images. Please note that ASGRA cannot guarantee cross-seam registration of the artwork, therefore you are advised for best results to keep cross-seam elements to a minimum and simple in design, or avoid them entirely.
Ad Submission Deadlines & Publication Dates:
All ad artwork should be submitted by the first week of July. ASGRA expects to begin distributing the Atlantic Stampede program to local businesses two weeks prior to rodeo weekend.
